Orders $180 and above get FREE DELIVERY island wide!

Each arrangement is designed and delivered by our professional delivery officers. While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers, flower condition & availability of materials. Our floral artists will substitute flowers & materials of an equal or higher value if the necessity arises.
Delivery prices vary depending on delivery time chosen.

Elegant Floral Gift Boutique will do its utmost to meet its customer’s delivery requests, but reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location.

A surcharge of S$20.00 is applicable for deliveries the following areas:
1. All Army Camps & High Security Areas
2. All PSA Ports
3. Jurong Island
4. Changi Airport Cargo Complex
5. Sentosa Island
6. Marina Bay Sands

• UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at delivery address during stipulated date and time.
Elegant Floral Gift Boutique does not accept responsibility for late/failed delivery if:

1. Incorrect address given
2. Intended recipient not present
3. No valid means of contact
4. Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security

• RE-DELIVERY

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery but it will be subjected to a standard $15 re-delivery charge.
Customers need to contact +65 8728 8118 to request for the re-delivery.
Re-delivery timing is subjected to Elegant Floral Gift Boutique’s scheduling.

• CHANGE IN DELIVERY DETAILS

Customers who wish to amend delivery details will need to WhatsApp or call in to +65 8728 8118 and our Customer Service team will tend to your request during our working hours.

• SELF-COLLECTION

Customers may opt to collect their bouquets at no extra charge. Collections can be made at our store at:

Prior notification of at least 1 day in advance is required if customers wish to change delivery to self-collection and vice versa.
